We have started by learning about dynamics.  In music the word dynamics refers to the volume of the sound. The two basic dynamics indications in music are piano, meaning “softly” or “quietly” and Forte, meaning “strong” or “loudly”.

We learnt about reading music and following the beat.

Jo showed us some different kinds of instruments. We looked at the Oboe and the Clarinet.
